          Asharqia Chamber presents its best regards and informs you of  the receipt of the letter of the Council of Saudi Chamber No The General Organization for Ports - King Abdul Aziz Port in Dammam No. (16/33/38/20679) date (12/9/1438 e) referring to the letter of His Excellency the Head of the General Organization of Ports No. (1/1887/1) date (17/11/1433 AH) ) To His Excellency the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry on urging traders and importers to expedite the procedures of clearing and receiving their containers during the vacation period to prevent the accumulation in ports.

Regarding the continuation of the work of different sectors of the port during the holiday of Eid Al Fitr, which begins Tuesday (25/9/1438 e) and ends Thursday (5/10/1438 e).
The General Organization of Ports (GOP) hopes that all importers will continue to finish their clearance procedures as usual during this period.
