Asharqia Chamber presents its best
regards and informs you of the receipt of the letter of the
Council of Saudi Chamber No. 2391 date 6/9/1438, referring to the letter of the
Ministry of Commerce and Investment No. 45657 dated 5/9/1438 on the suspending of
the ban on live birds, hatching eggs and chicken from the countries of Togo,
the Netherlands, Ukraine, Tunisia, Kuwait, and Spain except Catalonia, as no
new foci of highly pathogenic avian influenza were reported and the decision of
the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture No. 111/1074/1438, date
26/8/1438.
