Greetings,
Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the letter from the Public Transport Authority No. (1/2850/44/1) and dated 17/3/1444 AH, in which reference is made to the decision of His Excellency the President of the Public Transport Authority No. (318/43/1) dated (11/ 12/1443 AH), obligating those licensed to transport goods on land roads (carriers of petroleum and dangerous materials and transporting cars) to issue a transport document through the "Cargo Documentation" service transfer portal.
Accordingly, the Authority reports the issuance of the decision of His Excellency the President of the Public Transport Authority No. (1/540/44/1), dated (13/3/1444 AH), to obligate those licensed to transport goods on land roads (transporters of building materials, transporters of ores and materials resulting from mining or quarrying works), by issuing the transport document through the "Cargo Documentation" service transfer portal, and this decision will be implemented as of (12/11/2022 AD).
