Asharqia Chamber presents its best greetings to you and would like to inform you of the letter from the Ministry of Commerce and Investment dated 21/09/1440 with the reference to the Royal Decree No. (38621) dated (11/7/1440) to approve the lifting of the ban on the import, sale and circulation of electronic cigarette.
All the procedures and arrangements for the implementation of this and the collection of the goods tax on them are taken as in the case of tobacco and its derivatives.
