Income (No. 28229/16/1438) dated 25/10/1438 AH, which includes the
decision of the Council of Ministers No. (489) (5/8
/ 1438H) approving the agreement of the Government of the Kingdom of
Saudi Arabia and the Government of the Arab Republic of Egypt to avoid
double taxation and to prevent tax evasion with regard to income taxes
and the accompanying protocol signed in Cairo on 1/7/1437 H 8/4/2016), and ratified by Royal Decree No. (M / 83) dated 6/8 / 1438H.
Note that this Agreement shall enter into force on 7 Shawwal 1438H corresponding to 1 July 2017.
