regards and informs you of the receipt of the letter of the Council
of the Saudi Chambers Application of Fast Track Initiative for
the clearance of registered pharmaceuticals, pharmaceuticals and herbal
products and cosmetics No. (SG / 2691) dated 4/11/1438, referring to the letter
of the Food and Drug Committee (No. 36244 / p. 11
/ 1438) on the implementation of the Fast Track Initiative for the clearance
of registered pharmaceuticals, health and herbal products and beauty products
in the Authority with the aim of expediting the completion of the clearing
procedures at the outlets by allowing them to leave the Authority without
completing the inspection on all shipments. The
obligation of all importers to the procedures and controls for the clearance,
supply and transfer of registered medicines and health and herbal preparations And
beauty products included in the Committee, provided that the commitment
includes the contents of the letter of the Committee.
