An agreement between the Government of the Kingdom and the Government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela for avoiding double taxation and preventing tax evasion

           Asharqia Chamber  present its best regards and informs you of the receipt of the letter of Saudi Chambers Council No. (787) date (08/03/1438) referring to the letter of the General Authority for Zakat and Income based on the response from the Ministry of Finance bout the approval of  the decision No. (17) date (09/01/1438) of the agreement between the Government of the Kingdom and the Government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela for the avoidance of double taxation and prevention of evasion of taxes on income, approved by the Royal decree No. (m / 2) date (10 Muharram 1438 ), and the agreement starts from 2 March 1438, and according to the second paragraph of  the 28th of the convention, its regulations will be applied as follows:

    Regarding the excluded taxes the amounts must be paid in the same/ or after the first day of the month of January 2017.
Other taxes for the taxing years, starts in the same/ or after the first day of January 2017.
