Asharqia Chamber extends its warmest greetings to you and would like to inform you that it has received the letter of the General Authority of Civil Aviation No. (44/5999), dated (9/4/1448 AH), corresponding to (20/9/2026), which refers to the land of the General Authority of Civil Aviation located in the city of Khobar, with an area of (174,532 m²), allocated to the Authority under Title Deed No. (417913002929) dated (31/12/2025), within the framework of the Authority’s efforts to invest the site in partnership with the private sector in a way that enhances sustainable development in the region, owing to its strategic location and promising investment potential.
The Authority wishes to survey the views of investors and entrepreneurs interested in real estate opportunities, in order to meet with them to discuss the investment opportunity and review their aspirations and views on the most suitable use and investment of the site, contributing to building a clear and appropriate vision before starting the preparation of the terms and specifications booklet and offering the opportunity in a public auction.
Accordingly, the Authority hopes that investors and interested parties will submit their views and proposals regarding the optimal investment use of the site, the investment model, and the key requirements and success factors of the project, in addition to any preliminary ideas relating to the offering of the site, the targeted investment size, and the added value that could be achieved by developing the site, and send them to the General Authority of Civil Aviation, General Department of Revenue and Investment, or to the unified email address (investment@gaca.gov.sa).
