Asharqia Chamber extends its warmest greetings to you and would like to inform you that it has received the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (45553686/19), dated (19/03/1448 AH), attached to the letter of the National Center for the Prevention and Control of Plant Pests and Animal Diseases (Weqaa) No. (482100989), dated (20/02/1448 AH), concerning the development of the mechanism for disclosing antimicrobial consumption in livestock projects, in protection of animal health and public health, and in a way that contributes to enhancing the sustainability of the livestock production sector and food security in the Kingdom.
In support of the national targets, those in charge of fresh dairy projects and poultry projects are requested to commit to the periodic disclosure of antimicrobial consumption.
