Asharqia Chamber extends its warmest greetings to you and would like to inform you that it has received the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (45554577/20), dated (11/3/1448 AH), with reference to the telegram of the General Authority of Foreign Trade No. (387), dated (7/3/1448 AH), corresponding to (20/8/2026), which refers to the issuance of Decision No. (8), dated (19/8/2026), of His Excellency the Acting Governor of the General Authority of Foreign Trade, initiating anti-dumping investigation procedures into imports of grey-back multi-layer paperboard with a white or other colored face, weighing from 180 to 500 grams per square meter, originating in or exported from the Republic of India and the People’s Republic of China, and with reference to the Authority’s announcement published in Umm Al-Qura newspaper No. (13), dated (19/8/2026), regarding the start of the investigation referred to above, in accordance with paragraph two of Article eight of the Implementing Regulations of the Trade Remedies in International Trade Law.
Accordingly, the Federation calls on those concerned with the product under investigation (domestic industry, importers, users, and public interest parties), noting that anyone wishing to take part in the investigation must register as an interested party through the electronic trade remedies system (https://tres.gaft.gov.sa) “TRES,” and must complete the undertaking and authorization forms, within the time periods specified in the attached announcement, which is to be published through the communication channels available at the Chamber.
