Asharqia Chamber extends its warmest greetings to you and would like to inform you that it has received the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (45554183/20), dated (6/3/1448 AH), referring to the telegram of the Saudi Business Center No. (44/26), dated (30/2/1448 AH), corresponding to (13/8/2026), which states that the Ministry of Tourism has published the draft (Instructions for the Minimum Number of Workers in Tourist Accommodation Facilities) on the Istitlaa platform on (3/8/2026). The draft aims to set the minimum number of workers required in tourist accommodation facilities in proportion to the type and classification of the facility and its number of rooms, given that the provisions of the draft relate to private sector establishments operating in the tourist accommodation sector.
Accordingly, the Federation hopes that the relevant sector committees, establishments, investors, and those concerned in the tourist accommodation sector will review the draft and express their views and comments on it through the Istitlaa platform.
