Asharqia Chamber extends its warmest greetings to you and would like to inform you that it has received the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (45550932/20), dated (23/01/1448 AH), referring to the letter of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing No. (1/470804227), dated 7 Dhu Al-Hijjah 1447 AH, which states that the Ministry has prepared a draft construction site manual that aims to clarify the obligations, roles, and responsibilities of the building contractor in executing construction projects in accordance with professional standards and the applicable laws, given that the building contractor is an essential partner in the success of a construction project.
The Ministry wishes to circulate the draft manual to the private sector to obtain views and proposals for inclusion in the manual, based on the principle of exchanging knowledge and opinions and benefiting from the experience acquired by the private sector, which contributes to improving the outputs targeted by the manual.
