Asharqia Chamber extends its warmest greetings to you and would like to inform you that it has received the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (45551991/20), dated (22/01/1448 AH), referring to what the Federation’s National Committee for Education has submitted regarding the importance of meeting safety requirements in private schools, completing the procedures for issuing the Civil Defense safety certificate, and ensuring its validity in their schools.
Accordingly, the Federation urges private schools that are unable to obtain the safety certificate despite meeting the Civil Defense requirements to escalate the matter to the Ministry of Education’s private education department in cases where the inability to issue the certificate results from reasons unrelated to safety requirements, but rather from requirements specific to the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, or from technical or procedural obstacles on the Balady platform.
