Asharqia Chamber extends its warmest greetings to you and would like to inform you that it has received the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (45551048/20), dated (1/1/1448 AH), referring to the telegram of the General Authority of Foreign Trade No. (1807), dated (25/12/1447 AH), attached to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs telegram No. (320293), dated (18/12/1447 AH), regarding the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ receipt of a note from the Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in Riyadh advising that the Iraqi side has completed the electronic system for the attestation of commercial documents (the certificate of origin, under the Agreement to Facilitate and Develop Trade Among Arab States, together with the commercial invoice) by the Iraqi commercial attachés, without the need to visit the Iraqi embassies, through the “Akkad” electronic platform (akkad.gov.iq), effective (1/6/2026).
