Dear Esteemed Chamber Subscribers,

May the peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you.

Asharqia Chamber extends its warmest greetings to you and would like to inform you that it has received the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (45549359/20), dated (3/12/1447 AH), regarding the Federation’s receipt of the letter of the Transport General Authority No. (6537/47/1), dated (24/11/1447 AH), corresponding to (11/5/2026), which referred to the Royal Order conveyed by the Royal Court telegram No. (82241), dated (1/10/1447 AH), corresponding to (20/3/2026). The Royal Order provides for enabling objection and appeal against decisions that fall within the jurisdiction of the Board of Grievances to review objections thereto, and which were imposed prior to (1/11/2024), for a period of (60) days before the government entity that issued the decision regarding the violation, for decisions issued in relation to violations that had not previously been objected to before the government entity within the statutory period, starting from the date of announcement of the Royal Order.

As the Transport General Authority is among the entities covered by the enforcement of the aforementioned Royal Order, and in order to enable violators to benefit from this decision, the Authority has made it possible to submit objections to violations covered by the Royal Order through its official channels, starting from (1/5/2026) for a period of (60) sixty days, by visiting the Transport General Authority’s website through the “Objection to Violations” service. For further information, establishments may contact the Authority’s Call Center at (19929).

Please accept our sincere regards and appreciation.
