Asharqia Chamber extends its warmest greetings to you and would like to inform you that it has received an email from the Federation of Saudi Chambers dated (7/5/2026), with reference to the draft laws, regulations, and the like published through the unified “Istitlaa” platform. The Merger and Acquisition Regulations, the Implementing Regulations of the Companies Law for Listed Joint Stock Companies, the Rules on the Offer of Securities and Continuing Obligations, and the Glossary of Defined Terms Used in the Regulations and Rules of the Capital Market Authority have been amended. The draft aims to develop the regulatory framework for mergers and acquisitions in the capital market.
