Asharqia Chamber extends its warmest greetings to you and would like to inform you that it has received an email from the Federation of Saudi Chambers dated (7/5/2026), with reference to the draft laws, regulations, and the like published through the unified “Istitlaa” platform. The Implementing Regulations for the Activities of Transporting Goods by Motorcycle for Commercial Purposes have been amended. The Regulations aim to regulate the activities of transporting goods by motorcycle for commercial purposes, develop their services, and encourage investment in them, in line with the goals of economic and social development in the Kingdom, while taking into account environmental aspects and security and safety requirements.
Accordingly, the Federation hopes that those concerned, specialists, and relevant parties will review (the Implementing Regulations for the Activities of Transporting Goods by Motorcycle for Commercial Purposes) and submit their views through the following link: (http://go.ac.sa/hgr).
