Asharqia Chamber extends its warmest greetings and informs you that it has received the letter from the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (45556937/20), dated (27 Rabi’ al-Thani 1448 AH), referring to the Transport General Authority’s letter No. (2774/48/1), dated (23 Rabi’ al-Thani 1448 AH), corresponding to (October 4, 2026), and referring to the Authority’s Board of Directors’ Resolution No. (11/8/2026/4), dated (12 Shawwal 1447 AH), approving the granting of all road transport establishments an extension from the requirement stipulated in the implementing regulations of the Land Transport Law on Roads, concerning the inclusion of the names of newly introduced activities in commercial registers as one of the requirements for obtaining a license, until (August 27, 2026). A decision was also issued by His Excellency the Minister of Transport and Logistic Services, Chairman of the Authority’s Board of Directors, No. (49/48/1), dated (14 Rabi’ al-Awwal 1448 AH).
