Asharqia Chamber, represented by its Women’s Centers Committee, held on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, a workshop titled “Successful Leadership in Women’s Centers,” in the presence of Chamber Board member Aghareed bint Ihsan Abduljawad.
Certified consultant of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Nut Al-Thumairi reviewed the importance of effective leadership in enhancing performance within salons, methods of dealing with challenges, the role of the work environment in improving the customer experience, and the impact of motivation in raising performance and strengthening loyalty. The workshop was moderated by the Committee’s Chairwoman, Reem Ismail.
