A specialist in entrepreneurship and digital transformation affirmed that artificial intelligence technologies have today become among the most important tools entrepreneurs rely on to develop their projects, raise their operational efficiency, and improve the quality of products and services, contributing to enhancing their competitiveness and achieving sustainable growth, amid the accelerating digital transformation the Kingdom is witnessing.
The Co-Founder of Unifonic and Vice President of Shared Services, Eng. Ayman Hamdan, said during a meeting organized by Asharqia Chamber, represented by the Asharqia Chamber Entrepreneurship Incubator, titled “Uses of Artificial Intelligence for Entrepreneurs’ Projects,” that artificial intelligence is no longer limited to major companies, but has become available to small and medium projects, providing practical solutions that help project owners reduce costs, speed up the completion of work, and make more precise decisions based on data analysis.
Eng. Hamdan added that the future of entrepreneurship will be more closely linked to artificial intelligence, as startups will be able to develop innovative business models, reach new markets, and create products and services that meet customer needs more efficiently, affirming that investing in these technologies represents a real opportunity to increase productivity, enhance competitiveness, and achieve sustainability and growth in the modern business environment
Hamdan noted that artificial intelligence technologies help improve the customer experience, alongside automating administrative and financial processes, and that they require developing entrepreneurs’ digital skills and identifying the tools suited to the nature of each project. He affirmed that the Kingdom has taken great strides in supporting the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem, through initiatives and programs that promote digital transformation and the adoption of modern technologies, providing a suitable environment for enabling startups to benefit from artificial intelligence applications across various sectors, enhancing their contribution to the national economy and supporting the investment and innovation environment in line with the targets of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
