Chairman of Asharqia Chamber’s Board of Directors, Fahad bin Abdullah Al-Farraj, met on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, with the CEO of the National Center for Environmental Compliance, Eng. Ali bin Saeed Al-Ghamdi, where they discussed aspects of joint cooperation between the Chamber and the Center.
The meeting was attended by the Chamber’s Secretary-General, Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al-Wabel, the Executive Director of Environmental Emergencies, Dr. Abdullah Al-Shamrani, and the Chairman of the Chamber’s Environment and Circular Economy Committee, Fahid bin Qaryan Al-Qahtani.
Separately, the Environment and Circular Economy Committee at Asharqia Chamber hosted the CEO of the National Center for Environmental Compliance, in the presence of the Committee’s Chairman, Fahid bin Qaryan Al-Qahtani. The session reviewed the key topics related to environmental compliance, discussed the challenges facing establishments in the sector, and explored ways to enhance cooperation and coordination in a way that supports sustainable environmental practices and strengthens the circular economy.
