Asharqia Chamber, represented by its Training Center and in cooperation with the Chamber’s Contracting Committee, concluded on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, the public training program “Statutory Provisions Relating to Insolvency and Bankruptcy,” held under the sponsorship of Hamoud Hamad Al-Hammad Holding Group, in the presence of Chairman of Asharqia Chamber’s Board of Directors, Fahad bin Abdullah Al-Farraj, Chairman of the Chamber’s Contracting Committee, Hamad bin Hamoud Al-Hammad, and the Chamber’s Secretary-General, Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al-Wabel, at the Sheikh Saad Al-Moajil Hall (may Allah have mercy on him) at the Chamber’s main headquarters.
The program, delivered over two days, was attended by 300 male and female trainees from the contracting, legal, and law sectors. At its conclusion, the Chamber’s Chairman, Fahad Al-Farraj, honored the program’s sponsor, Hamoud Hamad Al-Hammad Holding Group, represented by its Chairman of the Board, Hamad bin Hamoud Al-Hammad.
The program, presented by lawyer Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulrahman Al-Yabis, focused on raising awareness of financial restructuring, strengthening statutory understanding among trustees and experts, and enhancing professional practice in managing financial restructuring procedures. It comes as an extension of the role of Asharqia Chamber’s Contracting Committee in supporting the sector through specialized programs.
