Chairman of Asharqia Chamber’s Board of Directors, Fahad bin Abdullah Al-Farraj, received the Governor of the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority “Monsha’at,” Sami bin Ibrahim Al-Hussaini, on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, to enhance institutional integration and strategic partnership between the two parties, and to discuss ways to develop the entrepreneurship ecosystem in the region.
Al-Hussaini also held a meeting with entrepreneurs and owners of small and medium enterprises, in the presence of Chamber Chairman Fahad Al-Farraj, Chamber Board member Ali bin Abdullah Al-Saihati, Chairman of the Asharqia Young Businessmen Council Rami bin Saleh Al-Sayed, and Secretary-General Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al-Wabel. The meeting aimed to identify the challenges they face, facilitate the growth of their businesses, and review supporting initiatives to enhance the efficiency of startups. Al-Hussaini affirmed the Authority’s commitment to providing an environment that stimulates innovation and entrepreneurship, supports their growth, and ensures their sustainability and competitiveness.
