Asharqia Chamber, represented by its Women’s Empowerment Center, held on Monday, April 20, 2026, a workshop within the “Women Leaders” initiative titled “The Leadership Compass: Conscious Decisions and High-Performing Teams,” in the presence of Asharqia Chamber Board member Sarah bint Essam Al-Muhaideb. The workshop was presented by training and development consultant Marwa bint Abdulilah Al-Habboubi.
The workshop reviewed strengthening the skills of leading others and empowering teams to achieve higher performance, building an influential leadership presence that supports women’s effective participation in the workplace, and developing decision-making skills, in addition to identifying the main challenges facing women in decision-making positions and ways of dealing with them.
Asharqia Chamber Board member Sarah bint Essam Al-Muhaideb said that empowering women and developing women leaders is one of the important pillars of the national development journey. Saudi women have proven their competence and merit in various fields, and their ability to achieve, create change, and contribute effectively to building the future.
