Under the patronage of the Governor of the Eastern Province, His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Asharqia Chamber signed a cooperation agreement with the Charitable Association for Orphan Care “Benaa,” which aims to train the male and female orphans benefiting from the Kingdom Orphans Taxi project in the fields of security and road safety, the culture of saving, and work skills through delivery market applications, in order to qualify them, empower their professional capabilities, and enhance their chances of success and the sustainability of their income. The signing took place at the Kempinski Al Othman Hotel on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, during the Association’s annual ceremony, in the presence of His Royal Highness Prince Turki bin Mohammed bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, Minister of State, Member of the Council of Ministers, and Chairman of the Benaa Association’s Board of Directors, and His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of the Eastern Province.
The Chamber was represented at the signing by Chairman of the Board of Directors Fahad bin Abdullah Al-Farraj, while the Association was represented by its CEO, Dr. Abdullah bin Rashed Al-Khalidi.
