Under the patronage and in the presence of HRH Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Province, His Highness inaugurated the activities of the 2026 Women’s Economic Forum on Wednesday, November 4, 2026. Organized by Asharqia Chamber, represented by its Women’s Empowerment Center, the forum was held in its ninth edition under the theme “From Empowerment to Economic Impact” at Asharqia Chamber’s main headquarters. Attendees included HRH Princess Abeer bint Faisal bin Turki, Chairwoman of the Board of Trustees of the Eastern Province Council for Social Responsibility (Abser); Chairman of Asharqia Chamber’s Board of Directors, Fahad bin Abdullah Al-Farraj; First Vice Chairman Hamad bin Mohammed Al-Ammar Al-Khalidi; several members of the Chamber’s Board of Directors, Aghareed bint Ehsan Abduljawad, Hamad bin Mohammed Al-Raqib, Sarah bint Essam Al-Muhaideb, Abdulsalam bin Mohammed Al-Jabr, and Ali bin Abdullah Al-Saihati; Secretary-General Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al-Wabel; a notable number of Their Excellencies and dignitaries, directors of government entities in the region, businesswomen and female entrepreneurs, and other interested attendees. The forum’s activities on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, included two workshops on empowering women in business, in addition to dialogue sessions and enriching experiences.
