Asharqia Chamber, represented by its Training Center, and the Learning Academy signed a joint cooperation agreement aimed at strengthening cooperation and integration between the Chamber and the Academy in a way that achieves their shared goals, and at implementing training programs that contribute to developing the capabilities of national talent and raising its efficiency, supporting and enhancing the targets of both parties in a way that raises the level of performance and efficiency of private sector employees.
At the signing of the agreement on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, Asharqia Chamber was represented by its Secretary-General, Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al-Wabel, while the Learning Academy was represented by its Director of Strategic Partnerships and Business Development, Mohammed bin Saleh Al-Jahouri.
Asharqia Chamber Secretary-General, Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al-Wabel, affirmed that integration among the various institutions and entities represents a fundamental pillar for strengthening developmental work and adopting innovative initiatives that contribute to building a vibrant and empowered society, capable of keeping pace with comprehensive future aspirations and directions, in a way that reflects on society, its members, and the business sector.
Al-Wabel explained that at Asharqia Chamber, through the Training Center, we seek to support the business sector by providing the latest and best distinguished training services, programs, and activities and contributing to meeting its needs for a qualified workforce, looking forward to contributing effectively to the development of national human capital, in fulfillment of the targets of the Human Capability Development Program of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
For his part, the Learning Academy’s Director of Strategic Partnerships and Business Development, Mohammed bin Saleh Al-Jahouri, affirmed that the agreement represents an important addition to the Academy’s efforts to support the institutional training sector and qualify national talent in support of the Saudi market, commending Asharqia Chamber’s role in supporting development initiatives that serve the business sector, enhance its social effectiveness, and contribute to strengthening its sustainability.
