Asharqia Chamber extends its warmest greetings to you and would like to inform you that it has received the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (44503271), dated (01/08/1444 AH), which included the reformation of the Saudi side in the Saudi-Kenyan Business Council during its founding term (1444–1448 AH), in accordance with the Regulatory Bylaws for Saudi-Foreign Business Councils, approved by the decision of His Excellency the Minister of Commerce No. (00006), dated (17/1/1442 AH). The bylaws include a number of provisions aimed at developing the work of business councils, including raising membership criteria, classifying business councils into categories, adding performance measurement standards, setting the council term at four years, and requiring the council to have a chairman and two vice chairmen.
Therefore, if you wish to join the Council, we kindly request that you review the Regulatory Bylaws for Saudi Business Councils, membership conditions, and fees, fill out the nomination form, and return it by fax to (013 8576660) or by email to (hhamzi@Chamber.org.sa) no later than Sunday, 19/03/2023.
