Asharqia Chamber extends its warmest greetings and informs you that it has received a letter from Taibah University’s Multi-Purpose Cooperative Association, No. (2026010501), dated October 5, 2026, regarding the launch of the specialized professional training program (Certified Export Expert (CEE)). The program is offered by the Scientific Endowment at King Abdulaziz University in partnership with the Multi-Purpose Cooperative Association for Taibah University affiliates, “Taibah Cooperative,” and Business (BBB) Beyond Borders Development Consultants. It is being offered exclusively and for the first time in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as a specialized training program aimed at developing national capabilities in export and international trade.
The program responds to the growing need to empower national establishments, business owners, and professional personnel with the practical knowledge and professional tools required to enter international markets efficiently and systematically, particularly in light of the growth of Saudi Arabia’s export sector and the need for qualified personnel with a comprehensive understanding of the international trade system and the requirements of global markets.
The program will be held in person in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam, with five intensive training days in each city, for a total of (30) training hours, on the following dates: Riyadh, November 1–5, 2026; Jeddah, November 8–12, 2026; and Dammam, November 15–19, 2026. The program takes a practical approach to the establishment’s export journey, from market research and identifying export opportunities to sales planning, pricing, and market entry, and then to documentation, customs, logistics, and the entities that support and enable exports in the Kingdom.
The program is primarily intended for owners of factories and companies; export managers and employees; business development managers and professionals; consultants and industrial entities; and establishments seeking to enter new markets and grow their export activities.
To support establishments in benefiting from the program, the Saudi Export Development Authority was contacted. The Authority kindly advised that eligible establishments may apply for the specialized training incentive and receive a refund of (50%) of the program fees, upon completion of the required procedures and approval of the application, in accordance with the approved terms and conditions.
