Asharqia Chamber extends its warmest greetings and wishes to inform you that it received an email from the Saudi Food and Drug Authority dated October 7, 2026, referring to the Saudi Health Council’s resolutions concerning the “Rasd” electronic tracking system for human medicines. As part of efforts to enhance the use of the system and complete the reconciliation of medicine inventories held by relevant entities, the Authority’s CEO intends to hold a 20-minute virtual meeting with the CEOs of private pharmacies to present the “Rasd” system and its importance to these entities, review the related Saudi Health Council resolutions, and emphasize the importance of completing inventory reconciliation with the system.
The meeting will be held in accordance with the attached invitation on Monday, October 12, at 1:00 p.m. Accordingly, the Federation hopes that the CEOs of private pharmacies will participate in the meeting.
