Asharqia Chamber extends its warmest greetings and informs you that it has received the letter from the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (20/45556609), dated (27 Rabi’ al-Thani 1448 AH), which refers to the Ministry of Finance letter No. (3003), dated (11 Rabi’ al-Thani 1448 AH), corresponding to (September 22, 2026), and includes a copy of Ministerial Decision No. (257), dated (29 Rabi’ al-Awwal 1448 AH), approving the amendment of Article (113) of the Executive Regulations of the Government Tenders and Procurement Law, in addition to transferring the application of certain provisions of the Government Tenders and Procurement Law, issued by Royal Decree No. (M/128) dated (13 November 1440 AH), and its Executive Regulations, to works and procurements for which tenders were issued or contracts concluded before the Law entered into force.
