40 male and female trainees have benefited from " the new Saudi labor system and the mechanism of applying it" in Jubail.

The training program held by
Asharqia Chamber
represented by the training center on "the new Saudi labor system and the mechanism of applying it" has witnessed a distinctive participating of 40 trainees, in the Intercontinental Hotel Jubail Industrial City.
The lecturer Muhammad Bin Shukair Al Mutairi discussed the program defection, which was held in the last days of October with the participation of 20 male trainees and 20 female trainees that undergone four training days and aiming to improving workers skills in the private sector, a number of themes including: definitions and provisions in the new Saudi labor regulations and the most important results, including the definition of income and the actual income and what it includes of allowances, bounces and commissions.
The program reviewed a list of the subjectsd and excluded from the new Saudi Labor Law, with a look at the violations of working conditions and rights of new workers, and the rights, duties and obligations of the employer and the actions resulting from it, and his deputy, and the rights and duties and obligations of the worker to the employer, with the definition of the regulation of the standard list of the work system and the rules and mechanisms of approval by the Ministry of Labor.
Al Mutairi also discussed the mechanisms of employment of Saudis and their operations training and improving and their approval plan according to the ministry methods, and of training contracts and qualification and modifications to the employer and the worker, and knowing the employment contracts, both the fixed term and the unfixed, the unified ministry contracts, and identify the causes of ending the work and the legal reasons to end the contract and the unjust dismissal.
It is worth mentioning that the program targets "managers, supervisors and employees in the human resources sector, and all managers working in all departments and supervisors to learn how is the regulative dealing with the employees, and those interested in the Saudi labor system and university graduates (specializing in human resources).
