The Board of Directors of the Events Fund of Asharqia Chamber held its coordination meeting to review the latest preparations for the launch of the celebrations of the people of the Eastern Province of Eid al-Fitr at the headquarter of the Emirate of the region in Dammam on Sunday 12 May 2019.
The meeting was chaired by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Fund and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Asharqia Chamber Abdul Hakim Bin Hamad Al-Ammar Al-Khaldi, who confirmed that the celebrations of the people of Eastern Region of Eid al - Fitr 1440 will be a gift from the Fund to the residents and visitors of the region.
The celebration is under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Emir of the Eastern Region.
Al-Khaldi explained that the celebrations this year will include new events and ideas that will be a new addition to the program, in addition to the pleasant surprises that will delight the children and will provide gifts and prizes with the daily activities designed for the family and the children, which will be offered for a week.
Al-Khaldi pointed out that the program of celebrations this year is full of many events that are commensurate with the expectations and aspirations of the people of the region and its visitors.
He pointed out that Eid Al-Fitr is a valuable opportunity to meet everyone and receive a large entertainment program through which they can spend happy times and enjoy free activities that offered to all.
Al-Khaldi stressed the keenness of the Events Fund, represented by businessmen in the Eastern region, to meet and implement what is in line with the wishes of the people and visitors of the region in the Eid.
He reviewed a range of new initiatives and ideas in the entertainment world to eventually lead to various events aimed at entertainment and winning prizes on a daily basis.
Al-Khaldi said that the Eastern Region has many advantages as it embraces the distinctive marine parks and beaches that attract many visitors, in addition, it is considered the link between the Gulf States.
Many are keen to visit either family visits or enjoy their tourist attractions.
This is why the Fund is offering a variety of events that are interested in providing entertainment and fun as well as daily prizes.
Al-Khalidi said that the gymnasium of the General Authority for Sport in Dammam (Green Arena) will host this events that will be attended by other dignitaries and under the patronage of the Prince of the Region.
He pointed out that the Events Fund always keeps pace with the latest updates in the entertainment sector to benefit from it and be a landmark in the Eastern Region.
Al-Khaldi added that all these great efforts are provided and supervised by a team capable of implementing the strategy that was drawn to manage the celebrations and the field plans to ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with the high standards used by Asharqia Chamber in carrying out its functions.
Al-Khalidi pointed out that the volume of preparations for the organization and management of events during the days of Eid al-Fitr are huge.
He stressed that the Fund began preparations early in the beginning of this year, so that it can present its product in full detail with remarkable performance and a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
