Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the letter of the Council of Saudi Chambers No. (42102280) and the date (8/6/1442) referred to the letter of the General Authority for Food and Drug No. (15231 / P) and the date (05/29/1442), which contains three Henna products with a high percentage of bacteria and fungi exceeded the maximum permissible limit in the regulation of safety requirements for cosmetics and personal care No. (SFDA.CO/GSO 1943: 2016), and since exposure to high levels of bacteria and fungi may cause health risks to the consumer, and the importance of Emphasizing on all establishments that practice the activity of trading in cosmetic products, preventing the sale of the products whose data are shown below, and returning them to their suppliers, as well as the importers and distributors of products to withdraw them from sales outlets and warehouses and coordinate with the authority - the operations sector - to destroy it to avoid the issuance of penalties against them.
