Asharqia Chamber presents its best regards and informs you
of the receipt of the letter of the Saudi Chambers Council
No. (1593) and the date (06/03/1438), referred it to receive the
Council letter of the General Authority for Food and Drug No. (16963) date (5.23.1438), of the new mechanism made for delivery
formulations manufactured samples locally and owned factories or national companies as follows:
The factory or the company should provide the product file to the
pharmaceutical sector, and after accepting the letter of approval issued
(Acknowledgement letter) and be handed over to them.
The referral to the study in the appropriate departments within
the sector and have his case to the executive management of the labs
(Under Study).
Then the factory or company to provide samples analysis
requirements required by the executive management of the laboratories
and which ones should not be less than one year validity.
In
case of any observations have been received through the Seder system,
the factory is committed or the company responded to the executive
management of the laboratory Notes in the right way within 60 business
days and the laboratory is fully responsible for those samples after the
expiration of that period.
