Asharqia Chamber presents its best greetings to you, and would like to inform you about the letter of the Council of Saudi Chambers (L / L / 2283) dated 16/8/1436, which referred to the letter of the General Authority of Customs No. (147387 - 39 - 184) and the date (8/8/1439) that is covered by the general decree no. (104/43 / m) dated (24/3/1439), which is directed to all customs ports to ensure the instructions regulating the release of chemicals and not allow them to be dropped in warehouses and customs yards
And immediately return them to their mode of transport if they are received without prior permission to import them, so that the Customs do not take responsibility for what may happen as a result of their stay in warehouses and customs yards.
Therefore, all customs clearance agents, importers and those concerned in this regard have to not to ship the chemicals described before obtaining the necessary import permission.
And that they will not be allowed to be unloaded in the squares and customs warehouses in the event that they are received without prior permission to import them. Otherwise, navigation agents will bear any responsibilities may result from violation of that.
