Greetings,
Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received a letter from the Council of Saudi Chambers No. (PG / 1678) dated (7/08/1441) and referred to in the letter of the Ministry of Trade stating that the Food and Drug General Authority dated (4/08/1441), has worked to activate a special path to granting import permissions for COVID-19 anti-virus products by doing the following:
1. The establishment shall submit after filling the required form and undertaking according to the attachment and sending it via e-mail according to the following:
*Permissions to import medical devices and products (md.il@sfda.gov.sa).
*Permissions to import medicines and cosmetics (import.drug@sfda.gov.sa).
2. Upon approval of the request, the import permit shall be sent by email to the facility and a copy to the concerned port.
