Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards, and informs you that it has received the letter of the Union of Saudi Chambers No. (45505164) dated (11/11/1445 AH), in which reference is made to the letter of the General Authority for Transport No. (1/45/5793) dated (27 Shawwal 1445 AH) regarding the issuance of the decision of His Excellency Acting Chairman of the General Authority for Transport No. (1/45/144) dated (25/Ramadan 1445 AH), which included the exception of private educational institutions from applying the requirement for the minimum number of buses in educational transportation activity contained in Resolution (1/42/120) dated (19 Jumada The first 1442 AH).
Therefore, the Union hopes that specialists from the private and international educational facilities sector will quickly issue the necessary licenses and complete all the requirements of the regulations governing educational transportation activity.
