3rd Middle East Customer Care Excellence Awards Honor Top Government & Business Organizations


Al Nueim: The award adds another accomplishment to the chamber achievements

Asharqia Chamber has won successfully the 3rd Middle East Customer Care Excellence Award after having passed successfully the standards and conditions for the award of this category, further to the chamber support and attention to its customer care services, and to provide the best services to the public. The award was received on Sunday by the Chamber Secretary-General Adnan bin Abdullah Al Nueim.

Held annually, the prestigious award recognizes regional government and business organizations who display exceptional commitment, leadership, and innovation in customer service and care. Organized by the Middle East Institute award belonging to "Datamatix" at the Burj Al Arab Hotel, Dubai, UAE. Where the winners whom are (six organizations out of 14 sectors) were honored in the presence of elite unique top government officials, business leaders, businessmen, members of the diplomatic corps of the United Arab Emirates, government contact and call center professionals , executives in communication and customer care centers in addition to regional and international media channels.

Speaking about the conference ,Ali Al Kamali, Chairman - Middle East Excellence Awards Institute, said "We established these awards to bestow recognition on organizations that are among the best in the region when it comes to offering innovative customer care and services. This year's nomination process was extremely rigorous due to the large number of high-quality nominations submitted

He added that the number of governmental and private sectors organizations submitted to the nomination for this year award were more than two thousand (2000) organizations ,pointing out that the Institute was an exciting mix of facilitated networking related to daily life, whether governmental or private sectors, such as: Airports sector, , financial sector , banking sector, manufacturing, information technology, health care sector, telecommunications sector, electronics sector, food sector, hotels sector, real estate developers, the transportation and tourism sectors.

For his part, the Secretary-General of Asharqia Chamber Adnan Al Nueim expressed his appreciation for the award, pointing out that this award is a new addition to the distinctive awards received by the chamber recently.

Adding that this award crowned the chamber interest from Chairman and Board of Directors, and members for the development its customer services, including its commitment to improving its services to the public.
